JCW Engineering Solutions is officially re-certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT)!

Following the U.S. Department of Transportation's Interim Final Rule (IFR) issued on October 3, 2025, updating the DBE program to ensure it operates in a nondiscriminatory manner consistent with federal law and the U.S. Constitution, our firm's certification and eligibility was required to be re-evaluated by GDOT.

Although we initially received our DBE certification in July 2025, we successfully completed the re-certification process and are proud to continue participating in the program.

The DBE program has played a significant role in the growth of JCW Engineering Solutions, and we're grateful for the opportunities it has created. We want to thank the prime contractors, consultants, and partners who have trusted and supported us along the way.
